Nitto (Permacel) / 224 (224-1)

Nitto (Permacel) P-224 is a 1-mil Kapton polyimide film tape with an acrylic thermosetting adhesive system. The P-224 is a thin, highly conformable tape with high thermal rating and exceptionally high dielectric strength with excellent solvent and Freon resistance. Nitto P-224 provides unique properties of polyimide tapes: Boasts unique combination of thinness, conformability, tear resistance and high adhesion and is compliant to ASTM E595/ASTM D5213 TYPE 1, CLASS A (Replaces obsolete MIL-P-46112B).
